James, House & Downing, P.A. Choose An Approach To Explore All Options For Litigation Solutions.

Our Approach

James, House, Downing, & Lueken P.A.’s experience has confirmed that litigation can often be a demanding, emotional, and expensive experience for any client. For this reason, we always consider it essential to first explore all available avenues that may lead to an amicable resolution prior to litigation, so long as both the client and our firm believe that the settlement offer is in the client's best interest. This step is critical because once we commence litigation, we never want the client or our firm to question why we didn't investigate every possibility to resolve the issue without litigation. This is especially true for plaintiffs or other parties seeking damages or other relief.

If you are coming to us as a present or potential defendant in a litigation case, we will utilize the same approach to ensure that all avenues for resolving the case amicably prior to full-blown litigation are explored.  When we commence litigation, it is because that is what we and our client believe is the only reasonable option available. At that point, we will zealously litigate the case on our client’s behalf to achieve the best results possible.

James, House & Downing, P.A. Has Received Many Legal And Professional Awards For Their Litigation Work.
