Charley started as a clerk with the law firm in 2010 and came on board after graduation as an attorney. Expanding on her business undergraduate degree, Charley obtained her Master of Business Administration while attending law school and is an active alumnus of the UA Little Rock College of Business. Charley has worked on a wide variety of civil cases for individuals and businesses, from case inception and filing suit to handling appeals.

Charley was featured in the first class of “Grads to Watch” for the UA Little Rock College of Business 2014 Distinguished Alumni of the Year, she was selected as part of the 2015 class of Women to Watch and voted as one of the 2016 and 2017 Best Lawyers in Little Rock published in Soirée Magazine.  


Charley grew up in Texarkana, Texas, and spent a brief stint in Austin, Texas, before settling into Little Rock. One of Charley’s hobbies includes running—she has participated in dozens of races and completed the New Orleans Marathon with her father. She loves traveling and to cook and is a member Our Lady of the Holy Souls Catholic Church. Charley is married to Jeffrey Swann who also practices law in Little Rock and they have a son. She prides herself on being the firm’s token Republican.
